Want to predict the next flu outbreak, alert a patient about an upcoming heart attack, or infer cancer risk from DNA sequence?

This course will introduce AI tools and apply them to real-world biomedical problems. We will cover a wide range of AI and machine-learning tools, biomedical data sets and disease applications. The focus of this course is on practical applications of AI in BME with hands-on tutorials and a design project.

This course is designed for engineering students interested in biomedical applications of AI. No programming experience is necessary beyond Eng 101.
